Dear Dr. Goodwin,
A quick note to thank you and your colleagues for the exceptional treatment my wife—Cynthia J. Kolick—received during her tests yesterday at your wonderful facility.
You and your team’s devotion to and unquestioned expertise in the sciences of medicine are well evidenced in the friendly, thoughtful and most caring manner offered Cindy. She was made to feel at ease and hopeful throughout the hours-long examinations.
Both Cindy and I have accepted the eventual promise(s) of Alzheimer’s. We, however, with the help of good people, such as those at your facility, will pave that long “road” and build it as smooth and level as it can be.
Again, much thanks. We look forward to your report as we continue our ongoing exploration of newly uncovered facets of the disease.
Most sincerely,
Alex MacPhail
